Waitlist privacy
This notice covers SEHRAG’s standalone early-access page. Joining this list does not create a platform account.
What we collect
Your name, email, country, selected unit or units, and a brief description of your work or field and needs. Your phone number is optional. We also store your registration language, date, consent and welcome-message delivery status.
How we use your details
To manage the waitlist, understand your unit interests, work and needs, send a welcome message and contact you about the SEHRAG trial and launch invitation. We do not sell your details or use them to advertise other organisations.
Storage and access
Details are stored in a dedicated waitlist database, separate from platform data. Hosting, email and bot-protection providers process the information needed to operate this page, deliver messages and protect submissions. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers as needed for these purposes.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist details until the trial invitation phase ends or you delete your request, whichever comes first. To delete it, use the private link in your SEHRAG email and confirm the deletion. You can then register again with the same email and phone number, using new or corrected details. To view an earlier request, submit the form with the same email and use the viewing code sent to your inbox; the code email also includes a deletion link. Protected copies may remain in backups until their retention cycle ends.
Technical information
We use limited operational and security logs and temporary fingerprints for request limits. Your browser language is used on your first visit. A cookie saves your manually chosen language on your device for one year. We do not add advertising trackers or email tracking pixels. To view a previous request, we store verification-code fingerprints that expire after 10 minutes and attempt limits, and email the code to the original address. These codes do not activate registration. Expired fingerprints are removed when new viewing codes are issued.
The SEHRAG team manages this waitlist. hello@sehrag.com is a sending-only mailbox and cannot receive replies.
